So here I am, back at my motel room and finally getting on the Internet. It's after one in the morning - I just got finished watching Patriot Games (a damn good film, based on the Tom Clancy book of the same name) - and I've been musing on I-Con during the movie.

 . . . I can say that it was a damn good movie. Fairly faithful to the saga - at least the part involving Grendel and Grendel's mother - but I did have a quibble or two.

One: It's all CGI, and it shows - especially in the details. Fingers didn't move quite right,  nor did the hair, and at times the skin seemed like a dull plastic. Personally, I ( Read more... )
